Juniperus sabina merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Cupressaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan savin. Nama ilmiah Juniperus sabina diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Carolus Linnaeus pada tahun 1753.
