Justicia almedae merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Acanthaceae (suku jeruju-jerujuan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kosta Rika. Nama ilmiah Justicia almedae pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Thomas Franklin Daniel pada tahun 1993.
