Justicia cooleyi adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Acanthaceae (suku jeruju-jerujuan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Florida utara-tengah. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan cooley's water-willow. Nama ilmiah Justicia cooleyi pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 1959.
