Justicia cowanii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Acanthaceae (suku jeruju-jerujuan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Brazil bagian utara. Nama ilmiah Justicia cowanii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Emery Clarence Leonard pada tahun 1960.
