Justicia magdalenensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Acanthaceae (suku jeruju-jerujuan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kolombia. Nama ilmiah Justicia magdalenensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis John Richard Ironside Wood pada tahun 2009.
