Justicia mkungweensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Acanthaceae (suku jeruju-jerujuan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Tanzania (Pegunungan Uluguru). Nama ilmiah Justicia mkungweensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Kaj Børge Vollesen pada tahun 2010.
