Justicia rusbyi adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu atau perdu kecil dari famili Acanthaceae (suku jeruju-jerujuan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Peru hingga Brazil dan Paraguay. Nama ilmiah Justicia rusbyi pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Gustav Lindau pada tahun 1988.
