Justicia tenuipes merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Acanthaceae (suku jeruju-jerujuan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Nigeria selatan hingga Kamerun. Nama ilmiah Justicia tenuipes pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Spencer Le Marchant Moore pada tahun 1913.
