Justicia totonaca adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Acanthaceae (suku jeruju-jerujuan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Meksiko (Veracruz). Nama ilmiah Justicia totonaca pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Thomas Franklin Daniel pada tahun 2019.
