Kedrostis psammophila merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Cucurbitaceae (suku labu-labuan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape. Nama ilmiah Kedrostis psammophila pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Peter Vincent Bruyns pada tahun 1993.
