Kewa caespitosa merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Kewaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Namibia, Provinsi Free State (Afsel). Nama ilmiah Kewa caespitosa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Hans Christian Friedrich pada tahun 2014.
