Knowltonia hootae merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Ranunculaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Chili tengah. Nama ilmiah Knowltonia hootae pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Maarten Joost Maria Christenhusz pada tahun 2018.
