Korthalsella platycaula merupakan tumbuhan hemiparasit dari famili Santalaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh menempel pada batang pohon lain (epifit). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Pasifik. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan po'owaha. Nama ilmiah Korthalsella platycaula diperkenalkan oleh Philippe Édouard Léon van Tieghem pada tahun 1897.
