Kosteletzkya macrantha adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Malvaceae (suku kapas-kapasan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Madagaskar selatan-tengah. Nama ilmiah Kosteletzkya macrantha pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Bénédict Pierre Georges Hochreutiner pada tahun 1917.
