Lachenalia comptonii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asparagaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membetuk umbi lapis. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Provinsi Cape barat daya. Nama ilmiah Lachenalia comptonii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Winsome Fanny ('Buddy') Barker pada tahun 1930.
