Lachenalia xerophila merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asparagaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membetuk umbi lapis. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape sisi barat laut. Nama ilmiah Lachenalia xerophila pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Rudolf Schlechter pada tahun 1997.
