Lacistema grandifolium merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Lacistemataceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Guianas hingga Brazil utara dan timur. Nama ilmiah Lacistema grandifolium diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Adalbert Carl Friedrich Hellwig Conrad Schnizlein pada tahun 1857.
