Lacmellea floribunda merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Apocynaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di kawasan tropis Amerika selatan. Nama ilmiah Lacmellea floribunda diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Eduard Friedrich Poeppig pada tahun 1876.
