Lagenocarpus tristis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Cyperaceae (suku teki-tekian). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk rimpang atau stolon. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Brazil (Minas Gerais). Nama ilmiah Lagenocarpus tristis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Augustin Saint-Hilaire pada tahun 2021.
