Lagerstroemia caudata merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Lythraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah China tenggara. Nama ilmiah Lagerstroemia caudata pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Woon Young Chun pada tahun 1982.
