Lagotis uralensis merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Plantaginaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim dingin (subalpin atau subarktik) di wilayah Rusia (Ural'skiy Chrebet). Nama ilmiah Lagotis uralensis diperkenalkan oleh Boris Konstantinovich Schischkin pada tahun 1955.
