Lasiocroton microphyllus merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Euphorbiaceae (suku kastuba-kastubaan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Kuba tengah dan timur. Nama ilmiah Lasiocroton microphyllus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Achille Richard pada tahun 2010.
