Lasiopogon brachypterus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape. Nama ilmiah Lasiopogon brachypterus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Karl August Otto Hoffmann pada tahun 1905.
