Lecanopteris crustacea merupakan tumbuhan epifit dari famili Polypodiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Semenanjung Thailand hingga kawasan Malesia barat. Nama ilmiah Lecanopteris crustacea diperkenalkan oleh Edwin Bingham Copeland pada tahun 1931.
