Leiothrix distichoclada adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semusim dari famili Eriocaulaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Brazil (Bahia barat). Nama ilmiah Leiothrix distichoclada pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Theodor Carl Julius Herzog pada tahun 1924.
