Leiothrix restingensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Eriocaulaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Brazil (Bahia). Nama ilmiah Leiothrix restingensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Harold Norman Moldenke pada tahun 2020.
