Leobordea grandis merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah KwaZulu-Natal. Nama ilmiah Leobordea grandis diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Richard Arnold Dümmer pada tahun 2011.
