Leontice ewersmannii merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Berberidaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol berbentuk umbi. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang. Nama ilmiah Leontice ewersmannii diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Alexander Andrejewitsch von Bunge pada tahun 1847.
