Lepanthes calliope adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan epifit dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Ekuador tenggara (Cord. del Cóndor). Nama ilmiah Lepanthes calliope pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carlyle A. Luer pada tahun 1996.
