Lepanthes eltoroensis merupakan tumbuhan epifit dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Puerto Rico (Pegunungan Luquillo). Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan luquillo mountain babyboot orchid. Nama ilmiah Lepanthes eltoroensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis William R. Stimson pada tahun 1970.
