Lepanthes eruca adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan epifit dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Ekuador tenggara (Cajanuma Range). Nama ilmiah Lepanthes eruca pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carlyle A. Luer pada tahun 1987.
