Lepanthes popayanensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan epifit dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kolombia (Valle del Cauca). Nama ilmiah Lepanthes popayanensis diperkenalkan oleh Carlyle A. Luer pada tahun 1999.
