Lepanthes rubripetala adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan epifit dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Puerto Rico (Pegunungan Cayey, Pegunungan Luquillo). Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan forest babyboot orchid. Nama ilmiah Lepanthes rubripetala diperkenalkan oleh William R. Stimson pada tahun 1970.
