Lepidaploa chrysotricha merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Guyana (Pegunungan Kanuku). Nama ilmiah Lepidaploa chrysotricha pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Edward Johnston Alexander pada tahun 1990.
