Lepidium rigidum merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Brassicaceae (suku sawi-sawian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Aljazair. Nama ilmiah Lepidium rigidum diperkenalkan oleh Auguste Pomel pada tahun 1875.
