Lepidospartum burgessii merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Amerika Serikat bagian selatan-tengah. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan burgess' broomsage. Nama ilmiah Lepidospartum burgessii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Billie Lee Turner pada tahun 1977.
