Leptochilus mengsongensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Polypodiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah China (Yunnan). Nama ilmiah Leptochilus mengsongensis mulai dipublikasikan pada tahun 2017.
