Leptoderris micrantha merupakan tumbuhan perdu dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di kawasan tropis Afrika bagian barat. Nama ilmiah Leptoderris micrantha diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Stephen Troyte Dunn pada tahun 1910.
