Leptospermum amboinense merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Myrtaceae (suku jambu-jambuan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari kawasan Malesia hingga Queensland timur laut. Nama ilmiah Leptospermum amboinense diperkenalkan oleh Carl Ludwig Blume pada tahun 1827.
