Lespedeza thunbergii subsp. patens adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan) yang tumbuh dalam bentuk perdu. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Jepang (utara dan Honshu tengah). Nama ilmiah Lespedeza thunbergii subsp. patens pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Takenoshin Nakai pada tahun 2001.
