Liatris aestivalis merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari wilayah sepanjang Oklahoma hingga Texas. Nama ilmiah Liatris aestivalis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Guy L. Nesom pada tahun 2001.
