Licaria oppositifolia adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Lauraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Venezuela tenggara hingga Guyana dan Brazil bagian utara. Nama ilmiah Licaria oppositifolia pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Christian Gottfried Daniel Nees von Esenbeck pada tahun 1937.
