Ligustrum obtusifolium subsp. microphyllum merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Oleaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah China timur, Korea (Jeju-do). Nama ilmiah Ligustrum obtusifolium subsp. microphyllum diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Takenoshin Nakai pada tahun 1995.
