Ligustrum retusum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Oleaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Hainan hingga Vietnam. Nama ilmiah Ligustrum retusum diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Elmer Drew Merrill pada tahun 1935.
