Lipochaeta tenuis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kepulauan Hawaii (Oahu). Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan streambed nehe. Nama ilmiah Lipochaeta tenuis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Otto Degener pada tahun 1933.
