Lippia micromera merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Verbenaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Karibia, Amerika tengah hingga Guyana. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan spanish thyme. Nama ilmiah Lippia micromera diperkenalkan oleh Johannes Conrad Schauer pada tahun 1847.
