Listia heterophylla merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh menjalar. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Afrika Selatan dan kawasan tropis Afrika bagian selatan. Nama ilmiah Listia heterophylla diperkenalkan oleh Ernst Heinrich Friedrich Meyer pada tahun 1836.
