Lithops comptonii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan sukulen dari famili Aizoaceae yang tumbuh menahun. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Provinsi Cape barat. Nama ilmiah Lithops comptonii diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Harriet Margaret Louisa Bolus (née Kensit) pada tahun 1930.
