Lithops villetii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan sukulen dari famili Aizoaceae yang tumbuh menahun. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Provinsi Cape bagian utara. Nama ilmiah Lithops villetii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Harriet Margaret Louisa Bolus (née Kensit) pada tahun 1950.
