Lithospermum confundum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Boraginaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Meksiko (Durango). Nama ilmiah Lithospermum confundum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Billie Lee Turner pada tahun 2018.
